If you have a laptop, you can just get a wireless PCMCIA card providing it with
wirless network ability. As to the Pocket PC, the only online chess I know of is
using IntelliChess that connects with ICC. If there's a Pocket PC client I don't
know of it, however if there is a Java applet, it's possible it might work on a
VGA-able Pocket PC using NetFront as the browser. Note however, it isn't an
avenue I have explored yet.
