The question is what is the speed for chess programs.

where can I find information about the ratio of speed between PII450, P200MMX
and 600MHz Alpha-21164a.

I am interested in the 600MHz Alpha-21164 in order to compare between results of
dark thought in this machine (It solved 4 out of 5 of my hard test position in
less than 1 hour and I think that the second test position that it did not solve
was not a good test position because probably the typical computer move leads to
the same theoretical result).
