I think that strategy and tactics are forms of simplifying the study of the
chess for a best
understanding on the part of the human , it's the same thing.
The human mind is unable to analyze a chess position as a whole, and so strategy
and tactics
are important, because they simplify the study of the chess. We are still very
far away from
analyse a position in a global way, I believe that the programmers still need
references
of tactical order as of strategic order, but we need understand that they have
tools
that cannot be rejected, processing speed each time bigger and great capacity of
storage of data, that can be used for openings, midlegames and endgames.
Which the most important for them? With the word the programmers.
