There was one guy who could do it for hours, while all his competitors could manage only a few minutes. He was asked if they ever bit his personal aspects, and he said they did this often. They would take a big bite and hang there. I believe he said something to the effect that they don't just bite to wound, they bite to amputate. But he said this in UK pub-speak.
