There has been some discussion recently on how much rating is gained or lost
with speed, and essentially, one can approximate 50 points for doubling the
speed, so this 25% speed loss would be not more than 15 points difference. In
theory, though someone would have to help test this, even on an emulator it
should run a bit faster on a 624Mhz Pocket PC than on the fastest native Palm
processor device.
