No, it is certainly not as important as Hashing as explained in the other answer
from me.
But you are partially right, the "Display book moves during move entry?" has
some value. For that reason I gave Hiarcs two extra points! (in the 'Additional
features/bugs' category). If only one program has a feature, I don't necessarily
include a whole line for it for all 60 programs. You see, everything has a
reason.
