The Hiarcs homepage is the only exception to this rule I ever saw (next to companies located in Canada). So, the logical conclusion is to add that to the price, since in the end that is the price a customer has to pay. If I order Pocket Fritz from Chessbase.de, the page tells me to pay € 49,99. In the end I pay exactly € 49,99, subtracted from my credit Card, again not a cent more. So, the way I presented the price is clearly the only and best way to do it (additionally, I clearly say 'average price' and not 'exact price'.) Best Axel
