The clever firewalls will detect the file as a zip'ed file and see that it
contains an EXE.  The foolproof method is:

1) Rename the .exe extension to something else e.g. .foo
2) zip the .foo file and password protect it

This works since with password protected zips you can see the filename but
cannot scan to see if it really is an exe.
