Subject: Cannot buy Pocket Grandmaster - RESTRICTED ????

I tried to buy Pocket Grandmaster but was declined because it is a restricted
program for some countries.  I am in Kuwait so I guess we are on the restricted
list.  First of all I didn't realize PGM was using such advanced technology such
as to make it restricted.  And if this restriction list is made by the US, then
why Kuwait.  I thought we were allies.  50% of our territory was reserved for
the US forces to prepare for Iraq, and now every single soldier going to Iraq
goes via Kuwait.  I can't believe we are on a restricted list. Anyone have any
ideas how to get around this.  Are the authors of this program aware of this
silly law ???
