Yes Note that I think that the fact that chest is not installed in the default software of Fritz is meaningless for buyers of Fritz who have internet access and can download chest as an UCI engine so the main reason that copying chest to Fritz by chessbase can be considered as using it for commercial purpose is that part of the buyers of Fritz have no connection to the internet.
