      Hi Terry
All UCI-engines run under ChessBase-GUI, at the moment
at least 80 engines, see at the following URL:
      http://www.uciengines.de/UCI-Engines/uci-engines.html
      a) download engine
      b) unzip files in a folder (with books) like "Fruit21"
         in the directory ...\Programme\ChessBase\Engines
      c) start Fritz or another ChessBase program
      d) go to menu "Engine"
      e) choose "Create UCI Engine
      f) click on the engine.exe (e.g. fruit_21.exe)
an now you can load Fruit 2.1 UCI
      Have fun
      Kurt
