Here is my list (from memory) of chess programs that were available for Atari ST
computers in the late 1980s:

- Psion Chess
Played in Olivier Devilles ChessWar tournaments recently.

- Chessmaster 2000

- Deep Thought
Has nothing to do with the famous IBM computer that came out later.
Program and source code still exist :-)

- Krabat
A public domain program.

- Chessbase (?)
I never had that, but I think it was available for Ataris.
