Is htere any way to get them back to the way they >were originally. thanks, George Yes, there is. Open "My Computer", in the menu Tools select Folder Options and go to the tab File Types. Change the program associated with zip files. I hope I am translating greek terms to english accurately (I am using Greek Windows). Christos
