Hi Wayne,

the date of the IUPgrade file does not matter. it should have updated your GUI
and the engine. check to make sure that the engine is not write protected. and
also make sure that you are using the newly downloaded gui8.iup. sometimes the
date on them will mislead.

Incase this last iup file is no longer updating Fritz 8, email me a picture of
your original Fritz 8 cd and I will happly send you the latest Fritz 8 engine.
