well either fritz 9 or fritz 8 bilbao can solve the position.
its from the test set the chessbase provide as a self solving test in all
chessbase products...well in that test fritz 9 did not better then fritz 8..

in tacktics should be almost the same...maybe positional play is better..still i
wonder why they cant solve the above position.
