I will be surprised if Fruit WCCC does not get at least 100 elo improvement in the next year. improvement from Fruit2.1 to Fruit WCCC was done by known pruning method(I guess evaluation based pruning but it is only a guess and I know nothing about it) and by implementing bonus for the side to move.
