According to many testers, Fritz 8 Bilbao is the strongest version of Fritz 8.
Since it is known that Deep Fritz 8 on a single proccessor is playing like Fritz
8, the answer should be no.

Deep Fritz 8 is at best of equal strength to Fritz 8 Bilbao.
