Did the support person suggest that you turn off the intro video? I don't remember how to do that right now, but if he didn't recommend that, let me know and I can tell you how to do that. It is also possible that, if you have an older CD-ROM drive, that somehow the copy protection on the CD is failing (most of the time). You might try a different CD drive (if your computer has more than one), or possibly updating the drivers for your CD drive as well. jm
