Right before the Fischer-Spassky match of 1972, an article (I believe it was in Life Magazine) stated that the peak age for World Champions is 36. I don't know whether or not that's quite true, but guess who turns 36 next month. It's getting very difficult to have ANY doubt that Kasparov is the greatest player of all time.
