Hello boys ! 1.Why some UCI engines playing on Deep Fritz'8 GUI cannot use the Nalimov tablebases generated with DF 8-Ruffian 2,SOS 4 for Arena,Aristarch 4.5 and so on ? The cache size for DF 8's TBs on my computer is 8 MB. 2.The Nalimov TBs for Deep Fritz 8 are generated for 3,4&5 pieces.Why and how in some positions with 6 pieces DF 8 uses the tablebases ?
