The way Fritz is programmed, and sold, ties the GUI into it as part of the program. If you have simply lifted the engine out from the GUI, and this is not something that it is intended for you to do, then you have left half of the engine behind and your test is an invalid one. It would be like taking just some procedures out of a program, and wondering why the program no longer does everything that you expect it to do.
