I have appealed to the Supreme Court and I think the case will take 12 years for the first audience. In the meantime an order of No Innovation was delivered, so I can keep my gear. Justice ever presumes inocence until the contrary is proved, but this supposes the end of the trial. So you just can opay and fire your lawyers. I Will See you in The Court Regards fernando
