You keep saying "we". Do you have a mouse in your pocket? You may not be alone but you are certainly in the minority. I don't mind an engine capturing a king if it's available. I have done this while playing chess myself on a real chessboard in blitz games. Also, you claim to have proof that the problem is in Fritz 9 but did not explain how you know. I'd be interested in that. Jim
