I was also searching for weak engines a few months ago. Here is what I've
found so far:

very weak: CPP, Pierre
weak: Golem 1, Stan's Chess, Testina, Gedeone (with different ELO), Gringo
not too strong: Tornado, Fortress, Lime, Needle, Neophite

However, Crafty Classic 2004 has many personalities and you can found some
very weak and funny ones (Wendy, Krazy-Kamakazi, etc.)
 Pro Deo has also several personalities.
