That's too bad. I think it may push people to think a bit more about Fruit 2.2
then. Fruit 2.2 costs less than Shredder 9 and you get to run it on Linux, MacOS
and Windows for the price paid.

There is no GUI with Fruit 2.2, but SCID, Jose, and Xboard (I'm pretty sure
there are others available as well that would work) all make for a wide enough
selection of GUIs to suit many (ok, not all - you cannot please everyone!)
tastes.
