Hi. Look, i may be a little confused as to what you are asking, but i have run many games with Fruit 2.2 in chessbase and it has played the openings perfectly in each game. Never messed up. If you go to parameters and click on default and make sure own book is checked and book picked is small_bin- then go to your list of ctg books in chessbase, make a new folder called 'empty book' or 'own book' .ctg with nothing actually in it, and pick it to use as the ctg book every time you run 2.2, you can forget about ever having to worry with the parameters unless u want to use the alternate book. You should have no problem, at least i never have. Im not sure if this is of any help to you. Hope so George
