It happens permanently and yet it is neither fixed nor mentioned in the FAQs, thus from time to time members rise this issue again. IIRC it is e.g. triggered, if a new member does not give his mail address in his profile initially. May be there are other triggers as well, but i don't remember right now. Guenther
