I think it must have something to do with the OV at the end of all the great playersnames. For example, Kasparov, Karpov, Sokolov, and Topalov. Kidding, I understand the OV means something to the nature of "son of", or something like that if I remember correctly. However, the observation is still correct, they are all damn good players.
