Hi James,

fair enough question. A bit of both really!
Complaints were received regarding a flood of such posts. I was trying to be
polite about it.
Be aware that members contact us in confidence and we have to make a decision as
a team without other members always being aware of certain things. Some
decisions don't go down well, but that's the life of a moderator!
I've been advised to use email a bit more and post less in moderating (also a
fair request), so that should hopefully please you and some others!
There are always teething problems when new moderators take over and the sudden
influx of 'trolls' is not making it any easier.
We are trying to do our best,
