The one numbered 04 in the list which loosely translates as.....

04. I have dealt with the loss of 7% of processor achievement after the start
Fritz GUI 9 on the Athlon64 3800 continually. I find no right explanation,
however, definitively that is a mistake, and I can also not fancy that this lies
with my board or with the processor. Every other software runs without
unnecessary extentsive processor utilization absolutely satisfactoraly.

How my German/English translation skills are not so unreadable
