Hello Franz, I tried your suggestion but no joy. I have all the specific hardware requirements in excess as well. The normal view sometimes works.....the photographic detail view makes the world go white when you zoom in or out.....or if you don't even zoom after about 5 seconds. I guess I will just not use this until someone at ChessBase can be bothered to release a more stable version that works (hell may freeze over first). Thank you for trying to help. I have to admit I did not expect too much when I opened the packet (Since v.4 life has been tedious and predictable) but this version of the GUI is really bad. Regards Chris
