Thanks for this interesting review,I'm new to SCID.
I use chessmaster to prepare for openings,after much talks about openings from
people here,I decided to download the SCID,are there any such opening software
availabale for free by the way?

I didn't know a thing about googling for annotated PGN.But there are lots of
annotated games in chessbase database.

I googled it and this is the link to download the Zip file of annonated games,I
don't know how good it is.
