Thanks, I understand better now.  I still don't understand the purpose of the
big surrounding window, though.

I would check it out if I could, but it isn't possible.  I live in a backwards
world
where Linux and Mac OS are the norm, and Windows is virtually non-existent.
The last time I saw a Windows computer in action was during the FRC tournament
in Mainz in August ...
