I'm not very experienced and I always think that the error is on my side (still it could be!). However, I entered Pro Deo 1.1 in Galis WBTM directly as a winboard engine (i.e. prodeo.exe not rebeluci.exe) and I do have the problem (no polyglot here nor wb2uci.exe - the inbeetwens?).
