this is no BUG of pro deo.

pro deo cannot run mixed time controls.

the time control

X in y plus blitz in z

was established in computerchess
by chessbase.

pro deo can handle x in y.
and it can handle all in z (even with fischer increment).

but it cannot handle a mixture between these two time controls.

since pro deo cannot handle it, it will have the problems you describe.
