I think that 1.Rg3 is also a winning moves

Junior gives evaluation of 1.xx for white for this move

 Rxd7 2. Bxf6 cxd3 3. Qg4 g6 4. Qh5 Rc8 5. Qxh7+ Kxh7 6. Rh3+ Kg8 7.

I think that 1.Be2 is also winning.

Junior gives evaluation close to 2 pawns advantage for white to this move

 Bxc4 2. Rxd7+ Kxd7 3. Qg7+ Kd6 4. Rd1+ Bd5 5. exd5 cxd5 6. Qf6+ Kd7

I think that 1.Rd3 is also good for white
Junior like this move with the idea to play 2.Nxe6 and after some minutes
changes its mind to 1.Nxe6.

Maybe Fritz532's moves are the simplest way to win but they are not the only way
to win
