It is not correct Shredder9 under shredder GUI simply hide the analysis at small depth so I used it under chessbase as a UCI engine and got the following analysis You can see that cxb3 is suggested at depth 5 as the best move and it may be possible that shredder was slowed down by a significant factor at move 19 for some reason. It is also possible that there was a hash bug that caused shredder to play the wrong move and shredder can do that blunder in a game but not in analysis mode.
