I know very little about this, so the person to ask would have to be Zanchetta.
All the same, he explains the process at his site, since he offers an
'integration package' (http://www.zanchetta.net/CEBoard/CEBoard.aspx#package)
with details on preparing an engine for use with CEBoard.

BTW, any chance Toga could be made available for PGM as well?
