I guess that Rebel10 did not understand the second move of white because the
rules of chess do not explain the meaning of 0-0 when the rook is at g1.

I guess that you mean to move the rook close to the king to f1 and to move the
king from e1 to g1 but programs do not understand this move because they
understand 0-0 only when the king at e1 and the rook at h1.

I do not know about a program that you can play 0-0 when the rook is at g1.
