The X50v has a great processor but a really bad performance in 2D (there are 3D games very impressive but they are not accessing the screen the way standard apps do) so if PGM has to make more screen updates, it could explain the difference. Before having an X50v, I displayed CEBoard's board the simplest way possible : draw one by one each square. But when I got the X50v, the screen was flickering and I had to implement double buffering for the board. Best, Alain
