I removed the annotations.pgn.bz2 file from my web site. I just remembered why I removed it before... Annotated files retain the copyright of the annotator. I should not publish the files without permission. If they come from a large collection of annotated games, then a few of them might be considered fair use. But I do not remember enough about their derivation to know if they should be offered for public consumption.
