I do not believe it
It is probably because of adding some pruning.

Fruit2.2 and FruitWCCC should be similiar regarding playing strength.

I also do not get your numbers

Fruit2.1 is around 900 kn/s when fruit2.2 is around 700 kn/s on the same
position and here is the evidence
