The "100 ELO better" is based on Computer ratings anyway, which is not
interesting at all for a human player.
Chessbase of course does not mention this.
I very much doubt Fritz 9 is noticeable better better than Fritz 8 against
humans. Same applies for Fruit 2.2 and Fruit 2.1.
