If you read all my posts you would have seen that I was too sceptical too, but
the results in my computers show otherwise. Now I do not know if this is due to
the level I chose or not, but other people making a lot of games had similar
results as I.

Yes, if you test only against Shredder this may be the case, but not if you
include other programs as well.

Well, I am only trying to make available one or more settings with a different
playing style and possible stronger.

Of course you will see it as Shredder 10 will become available I think about one
year later than Shredder 9. I believe he will be able to take advantage of the
findings of these settings to make a big jump ahead in strenght. This is
something is possible only working on the program and knowing him and his
experience I have no doubts on this, but meanwhile why not to try to see if more
can be taken from Shredder 9?

It is possible to me, but not easy.
