This is why I am against free software (for chess) because people will get used to the idea of getting software for free. I think the programmers need to get money also as a return for their work. The problem in my case is that even if I accept this I am willing to buy software that comply to my needs. One of them is the freedom to deinstall the software anytime I want and install it anytime I want.
