I am not sure what exactly happens in reality but it is clear that the number of
A,B,BB,BC,BD,...is finite and Fabien may earn from copy protection only if at
least 2 of the finite number of people plan to buy it in case of copy
protection.

The question from Fabien's point of view is not if people get it for free but
how many copies he can sell.

It is possible that my opinion is wrong but my opinion now is that with no CD
copy protection similiar to shredder(not chessbase version) is better.
