You can read command arguments from a file, but I do not know if there is any
way to combine the problem into a single job.

I expect the easiest solution is to modify the source for PGN-Extract with an
"explode by name" command.  Right now, there is an explode by ECO code (e.g. -E1
or -E5 or whatever) and so we might add -En to explode by name.

I'm not too keen to do it, though it should not be a terrible amount of work.

I expect that the result is going to be very, very dissapointing if the PGN came
from public sources (e.g. what use is 300,000 distinct files, when the same
player is listed 9 times under different typographical errors).
