It is wrong to get that conclusion from a single position.
It seems that Shredder has bigger evaluation for exchange advantage.

sometimes it help shredder to play better but sometimes it is the opposite

please see the following position

Fruit had no problem to find the exchange sacrifice when Shredder or Fritz have
problems.
