Hi, the problem is that the uci adapter works like that: CB-native-protocol <-> UCI-protocol The UCI-part isn't the problem, obviously. The native protocol that CB is using isn't known though. You would either have to ask CB for a description of the protocol used or reverse engineer it (that would lead to legal problems, of course). As you can probably imagine CB hasn't much interest to make their native protocol public as that would also make it possible to use Fritz under other interfaces than Fritz. Roman
