If ICD also sold Fruit, then I think it is different.

I guess that interest in a new engine like Fruit is only good for the computer
chess industry.  Once Fruit grows to massive market momemtum, it may be sold
through ICD.  At that time, advertizing specials for some other vendor than ICD
would be in violation of the charter.

My opinion is that since ICD puts up and maintains the web site, they can do
anything they want to with the CCC board, including delete it.
